Background:Graduated from University of Ottawa, Canada in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. In 1997, Leigh Ann Also became a Professional Fitness & Lifestyle Consultant through OASES (Ontario Association of Sport and Exercise Science). P.F.L.C. is recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine. In 1999, Leigh Ann was 1 of 12 Canadians selected to become as a Fitness Appraiser for Persons with a Disability. The certification is recognized by CSEP (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology). Leigh Ann has been with The Aspen Hill Club since September 2001.

KITT KELLY
PERSONAL TRAINER
Background: Graduate of NPTI (National Personal Training Institute). B.S. in Vocational/Industrial Education, UMCP, ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. Speed and agility training, weight loss, clinical exercise specialist (orthopedic problems, diabetes, arthritis, cardiac), posture analysis specialist, mat pilates certified.
Hobbies: Hiking, mountain biking, ice hockey, home renovation, and reading

MARK PHILLPOTT
PERSONAL TRAINER
Background: Graduated from the University of Maryland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. Mark was raised in northern New Jersey as a multi-sport athlete which sparked his interest in training at a very young age. He is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. During his career, Mark has worked in numerous facets of the fitness business from personal training and physical therapy to athletic performance training where he has trained numerous collegiate and professional athletes.
Hobbies: Training, spending time with good company, golf.

SHEILA TATSUNAMI
PERSONAL TRAINER
Background: Graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine, and a Master of Science in Sports Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology.
Sheila was a competitive surfer/swimmer in Hawaii before she started playing soccer for the Olympic Development Program in California. While at ISU, she was a scholarship soccer player who joined their track team and softball team during off-season.
She was the recipient of Verizon Student-Athlete Award for her academic and athletic excellence.
Sheila was certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2002, and as an athletic trainer by the National Athletic Training Association in 2004. |
