In 1997, Leigh Ann Also became a Professional Fitness & Lifestyle Consultant through OASES (Ontario Association of Sport and Exercise Science). P.F.L.C. is recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine. In 1999, Leigh Ann was 1 of 12 Canadians selected as a Fitness Appraiser for Persons with a Disability. The certification is recognized by CSEP (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology). Leigh Ann has been with The Aspen Hill Club since September 2001.

MARK PHILLPOTT
PERSONAL TRAINER
Background: Graduated from the University of Maryland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. Mark was raised in northern New Jersey as a multi-sport athlete which sparked his interest in training at a very young age. He is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. During his career, Mark has worked in numerous facets of the fitness business from personal training and physical therapy to athletic performance training where he has trained numerous collegiate and professional athletes.
Hobbies: Training, spending time with good company, golf.

JOANNE PÉRODIN
PERSONAL TRAINER
Background: Certified personal trainer (AMFPT), and Sports Nutritionist (ASFA) with over 5 years of personal training experience. Graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a Master’s of Public Health, Environmental Health Science.
Hobbies: Soccer, tennis, yoga, photography, traveling.

BETH KONZMANN
PERSONAL TRAINER
Background: Beth was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. She has been a water aerobics instructor for over 10 years and involved with local youth sports for over six years. Finishing her undergraduate degree at Penn State University, she earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University. NSPA Certified Personal Trainer.
Hobbies: Being active (running, biking…); spending time with family
Life Motto: It isn’t always about how far or how fast (although the competitive nature in me hates to lose!) You only get one shot at life so make it a good one and ENJOY!
CRAIG MITCHELL

Background: Craig received his BSc in Physical Education from Bowie State University. He also received a 4-yr football scholarship. Attended 2 NFL try-outs. Craig played in a National Collegiate All-Star game in Louisville, Kentucky. Head High School coach for over four years in Volleyball, Basketball and Track & Field. Certified Fitness Trainer with ISSA. Member of ECA World Fitness, and NSCA. Strength and Conditioning coach at Jericho Christian Academy for 10 years. Extensive experience in speed, conditioning, strength training, for high school, college and professional athletes.
Hobbies: Running, Weight Lifting, Movies, Travel, Playing Basketball, and all sports including racquetball.

BRIAN GOODE

Background: I currently have over 18 years of experience in the health and fitness profession, including over 14 years experience as a personal trainer. I had my start at Gold's Gym, Ft. Lauderdale, FL at age 17.
I believe that all aspects of fitness should be considered, such as fat loss, body weight training, stretching and cardiovascular peak performance. Also, I actively study nutrition, alternative medicine and kinesiology.
Certifications: I received licenses with National Academy of Sports Medicine and Fitness Institute in Florida with Dr. Anthony Abbott. I am also certified with TRX suspension training, as well as teaching TRX group classes.
