Danielle Bouchard, General Manager
Aspen Hill Club, Silver Spring, MD
A former resident of Maine, Danielle has been with the Aspen Hill Club since 1982. Having graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in American Popular Music with an emphasis on Jazz, she moved to the Washington area to pursue a musical career.
She began her career with Aspen Hill Club as a Front Desk Receptionist while playing music during the late evening hours. It didn’t take but a few years to realize the health and fitness industry was growing and the career possibilities were extensive, hence, the musical career took a few steps back.
Within a few years, Danielle became the Front Desk Director and also became involved in the tennis aspect of the business. With a bit of accounting here and there along with lots of member relations, Danielle’s career took another step to Assistant General Manager.
In 1995, while still employed with the Aspen Hill Club, Danielle became involved with the Fitness Company as one of the Company’s Regional Customer Service Trainers, traveling to many different sites throughout Maryland, Washington and Virginia, coaching Company employees on the value and importance of great customer service.
In 1999, Danielle was offered the opportunity to become the General Manager of the Aspen Hill Club and continues to fulfill that role to date.
