Want to develop a stronger, more confident you? Find fitness classes to empower you to improve your physical fitness at Aspen Hill Club.

Our Professional Classes

Not everyone needs or wants the same type of physical fitness classes. The best activities for your unique body should be engaging and appropriate for your current level of strength and endurance. We offer a range of classes to meet the needs of as many members as possible, including:

  • Flexibility-Improve your flexibility with our stretching sessions.
  • Physical fitness assessment-Our MicroFit Complete Fitness Assessment provides the information you need to improve your fitness.
  • Strength training-Build your strength with our Circuit Training or Strength and Conditioning classes.
  • Target-area workouts-Work your abs, back, and other specific muscle groups in our Boot Camp sessions.
  • Weight loss-Burn calories with fast-paced and fun aerobics classes.

MicroFit Complete Fitness Assessment

Your personalized health assessment is completed by one of our fitness professionals. This comprehensive analysis of your current physical capacity includes:

  • Health risk assessment
  • Computerized body fat analysis
  • Circumference measurements
  • Muscular endurance screening
  • Flexibility screening

Stretching Session

Stretching is a very important component of a balanced and integrated fitness program. Schedule a 20-minute stretch session with one of our professional trainers and enjoy the sense of rejuvenation and increased flexibility.

Silver Senior Strength and Conditioning

Finally, a group strength-training program for seniors! Individuals 55 years and older are encouraged to participate in this introductory course. Participants will build an individualized strength-training program. Each class focuses on correct form and stretching, and includes 45 minutes of various strength-training techniques. Sign-up in the Fitness Center for a drop-in class every Wednesday and Friday at 11:00am.

Brakin' Aerobic Boundaries

Want to burn more calories in less time? Looking for a way to add variety or challenge your current aerobic workout? Join Brian Williams on Saturday Morning at 9:00am for 30 minutes of medium-high intensity interval training using our treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. The total class time is 45 minutes, including warm-up, cool-down and stretching. First come, first served.

Boot Camp with Craig

Join us on Monday from 7:00 to 7:30pm to strengthen the core and lower back. Learn conditioning exercises to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Contact Craig at ext. 123 for more information!

Circuit Training and Abs

Join us Wednesday from 7:00 to 7:30pm when we incorporate dumbbells, jump ropes, and upper and lower body exercises to improve muscular endurance. Emphasis is on proper technique while doing high repetitions with 30 seconds rest in between sets. Contact Craig at ext. 123 for more information.


Stretch Class 

Are you feeling a little stressed out? Well, it’s time to stretch out! Join Mike G. Friday at 6:00pm in the pilates studio for a 30-minute stretch class. This class is designed to improve blood circulation, increase flexibility, and reduce the risk ofinjuries. 


J-Fit Bootcamp

Want a full body workout while having fun with a team? Join Joanne Tuesday at 6:30am for 30-minutes of warm-up, medium-high intensity interval training using body weight and exercise machines, and stretching. 


Interval Training with Cory

Join Cory on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30am for interval sessions that mix traditional body weight, weighted bar and resistance band exercises with indoor rowing for a total body workout. Workout changes every class so you never get bored and continue to progress. Fee: $15/person
